Senior Centers/Clubs

Senior Groups offer social, recreational, and community-focused activities for older adults.    Older Adults are encouraged to join senior groups to combat social isolation and improve both physical and mental health through socialization, increased life satisfaction, and new opportunities to learn.  Senior Groups provide a supportive environment with activities and services that can help with stress, depression, and cognitive decline, leading to a higher quality of life and potentially longer survival rates.
